Delete Account
Salat Tracker lets users request deletion of their account and associated app data. If you can access the app, use the account deletion option in account settings. If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion by email.
Email Request
Send an email to vanguard3dge@gmail.com using the email address connected to your Salat Tracker account.
Include "Salat Tracker account deletion request" in the subject. We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before deleting data.
What Gets Deleted
- Your account record and access tokens.
- Prayer tracking entries linked to your account.
- Qada balances linked to your account.
- Saved locations and synced preferences linked to your account.
Retention
Temporary account deactivation does not count as deletion. Once deletion is completed, account-linked app data is deleted unless limited retention is required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or compliance reasons.
